Brain Networks, Imagination, and Awareness

• A brief history of brain science.
• Recently, brain science is moving away from the idea of individual brain functions to an understanding of how our brains use important NETWORKS that span many areas of the brain and serve different functions.
• Three important networks include the Imagination Network, the Default Network and the Salience Network. Balancing these three networks is key to a healthy brain and healthy life.
• Mindful awareness, yawning and un-focusing are three ways to help balance your brain networks. There are many other strategies Mark teaches in his course.
• These strategies are more effective for treating trauma, stress, anxiety and other issues than current practices being used in various forms of therapy.
• You can help your coaching clients most by using these relaxation, mindfulness and awareness techniques that help them access intuition, stimulate creativity and balance their brains.
